Using Tuckabun
Tuckabun is an iPhone app operated by GekkoTech d.o.o. Sarajevo, company ID 4202697310009, Augusta Brauna 10, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It helps adult parents and caregivers record and review everyday care, share a household, play sleep sounds and use an optional local audio monitor.
Use the app lawfully and enter information you are authorized to manage. Invite only people you intend to give access to the household. Keep your Apple Account and devices secure. The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
The app is being prepared for launch. This website shows its intended launch offering and actual development screens with sample data. The App Store listing will identify the released app’s supported devices and availability.
The app license
Your license to the downloaded iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is identified in its App Store listing. These terms describe Tuckabun’s service and purchase offering in addition to that license. Apple’s applicable purchase terms also apply.
The first seven days
All features are unlocked for seven days beginning when you first launch Tuckabun. No purchase is required to start. At the end of that period, continuing to create new care entries and start paid features requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase. Your saved care history remains available to view.
A subscription begins only when you select a plan and confirm a purchase with Apple. Tuckabun does not automatically charge you when the initial free period ends.
Plans, renewal and payment
The US launch prices are $1.99 per week, $5.99 per month, and $69.99 for a one-time lifetime purchase. All plans unlock the same app features. Apple displays the price in your App Store region, applicable taxes and the purchase terms before payment. Regional prices can differ.
Weekly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage renewal in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period.
The lifetime option is a non-consumable purchase providing paid feature access for the lifetime of the Tuckabun app, without recurring subscription charges. Availability of cloud services and compatibility with future operating systems remain subject to the service conditions below. If you already have a subscription and then buy lifetime, manage or cancel the existing subscription in Apple’s settings to stop its renewal.
Restore eligible purchases from Family → Plans and purchases → Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Family-shared entitlements depend on the product’s eligibility and your Apple family settings. A Tuckabun household invitation by itself does not transfer an Apple purchase.
Apple handles refunds through Report a Problem, subject to applicable consumer law. A refund, revoked transaction or expired subscription may remove the corresponding paid access. Deleting the app or leaving a household does not cancel billing.
Sleep sounds and the audio monitor
The audio monitor uses two compatible iPhones on the same Wi-Fi and optional talk-back. Pair a new phone by comparing the four-digit PIN and approve every session at the room phone. White noise can play while a monitor session is active. Monitor audio is streamed live without saved recordings.
Phones, networks, battery, audio output, calls and operating-system restrictions can interrupt playback or a session. Keep devices and charging cables out of a child’s reach. Tuckabun supports everyday care and requires appropriate adult supervision. It is not a medical device, does not monitor vital signs and does not provide emergency alerts or medical advice.
Availability, updates and your rights
We may improve, update or discontinue features, with notice where required. Some functions depend on Apple’s iCloud and App Store services, compatible devices and current operating systems. Those services may be unavailable or change independently of Tuckabun.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, instant synchronization or the accuracy of information entered by caregivers. Any limits on liability are subject to Apple’s applicable license and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms takes away statutory consumer rights, including rights concerning defective digital services, refunds or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These service terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, subject to the app license and any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence. We encourage you to contact us so we can first try to resolve a problem directly.
